These terms and conditions govern all users of the SwissChems EU website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.
Age Requirement
All customers must be at least 21 years of age to purchase our research products. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Intended Use
All products sold by SwissChems EU are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes. They are not to be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, diagnostic tools, or for any application involving human or animal consumption, injection, or therapeutic use.
By purchasing from SwissChems EU, you confirm that you are purchasing research chemicals and agree to use them in a legal and appropriate manner. It is your responsibility to understand what that means in your jurisdiction.
The listing of any product on this site does not constitute a licence to use it in infringement of any patent. All products must be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from SwissChems EU, you represent and warrant that you are fully aware of:
- The health and safety hazards associated with handling the products purchased
- The industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect yourself and others
- The need to adequately warn of any health and safety hazards
- The government regulations in your country regarding the use of and exposure to such products
You agree to properly test, use, and handle any products purchased in accordance with best practices and in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
International Compliance
SwissChems EU does not guarantee that any product sold is legal for research purposes in every country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review and comply with the laws and regulations of their country before placing an order. All responsibilities relating to importation, customs issues, and local compliance are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Liability
SwissChems EU shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, whether claimed in contract, strict liability, or otherwise. By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold SwissChems EU harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liabilities of any nature arising from your handling or use of products purchased.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 business days of delivery, provided the package is unopened and in sealed condition. This applies to SARMs, PCTs, and related bottled products only. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Missing or Damaged Items
Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery, with photographic evidence clearly showing the packaging and tracking number.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@swisschems.eu as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to a processing fee. Once an order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We only ship to the address indicated on the order form.
Product Quality Guarantee
If you have any product tested at a licensed HPLC testing facility and the results are negative, we will refund the cost of the test and the full order amount including shipping.
Affiliate Programme Terms
SwissChems EU reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account without prior notice in the event of a breach of programme rules, including but not limited to: using brand keywords in PPC or SEO campaigns, operating discount code websites, or generating commissions from your own orders. Pending commissions may be withheld in cases of violation. We reserve the right to modify affiliate programme terms at any time.
