9. Refund and Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, provided the package is unopened, sealed, and in resellable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label is only provided if we shipped the wrong or damaged item.
Due to their sensitivity to temperature and light, peptides are not eligible for return.
Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued if approved. A 15% restocking fee applies per returned item.
Returns are not valid for the following reasons: improper use or mishandling, damage caused by incorrect storage, or dissatisfaction with results.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with clear photos of the packaging and tracking label. We will investigate and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.
For international shipments seized by customs, we do not issue refunds but will offer a 30% discount on your next order. All completed purchases are otherwise final.
