Returns
You may request a return within 7 business days of delivery, provided the package is unopened and in sealed condition. This applies to SARMs, PCTs, and related products only.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A prepaid return label will only be provided in cases where the wrong or damaged item was shipped.
Please note that we do not accept returns on Peptides due to their sensitivity to temperature and light conditions. If you’re unsure about product quality, we recommend placing a small order first.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we’ll process the refund and notify you. Please note that a 15% restocking fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons: improper use of research products, or damage caused by incorrect storage.
Refunds
All completed purchases are final and we do not offer refunds outside of the cases outlined above.
Seized Shipments
If your shipment is seized, please contact our support team. We will provide a 30% discount on your next order as a goodwill gesture.
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for supporting documentation such as photos to assess the situation. We will work to provide a replacement or suitable resolution depending on the extent of the damage.
